Manage and process payroll accurately and on time.
Coordinate and maintain company-wide training requirements.
Lead recruitment efforts: advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Support and conduct performance reviews, salary benchmarking, and remuneration planning.
Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with employment law and best practice.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with GDPR.KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSIdeally CIPD qualification
Post-qualification experience in a HR Generalist role.
Experience in a standalone HR position or SME environment is a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
