What is the role and company?Join a large top-tier consulting and advisory firm as an Oracle FCC (Financial Consolidation & Close) Expert at the Manager or Senior Manager grade. This role will be instrumental in helping to grow the FCC service line in Ireland. You will be the Technical Lead for Oracle EPM FCC, requiring strong functional knowledge in the consolidation and reporting domain, acting as the bridge between finance and IT.What will I be doing?
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the Technical Lead for Oracle EPM FCC, guiding the implementation and optimization of FCC solutions.
  • Project Delivery: Lead and deliver end-to-end FCC projects, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Functional Expertise: Provide strong functional knowledge in the consolidation and reporting domain, bridging the gap between finance and IT.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on FCC solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design and develop FCC solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Service Line Growth: Play a key role in growing the FCC service line in Ireland, contributing to business development and client engagement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality FCC implementations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle FCC and related technologies.
What profile will I require?
  • Experience: Extensive experience in FCC projects, with at least one end-to-end project delivered.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EPM FCC.
  • Functional Skills: Strong functional knowledge in the consolidation and reporting domain.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead FCC projects and guide technical teams.
