For more information visitWe have a number of vacancies for General Operatives (Casual work) in the Chilled Foods Plant, Thomas St, Kilkenny City also known as Kilkenny Food Company.Role Profile:Due to the seasonality of our Product & Business, the vacancies on offer are 6 month fixed term contracts of employment working 40 hours per week on a shift basis covering days, evening and nights. These contracts will be from September 2025 to March 2026Key Responsibilities

Comply with food safety standards to ensure CCP are completed and adhered to in each work location.
Conform with Health and Safety rules and regulations.
Ensure good plant hygiene standards are maintained in the area you are working.
Ensure all CIP are completed.
Documentation control where applicable.
Keep pace with production flow and contribute consistently to the team output.

Key Requirements:

The ability to work as part of a team.
Good inter-personal and communication skills.
Experience working in a factory or food environment will be advantageous.
Manual Handling and forklift certification desirable
