
Marketing Data Insights Analyst

- Lead performance analysis across all digital channels-including paid media, SEO, email, social, and web-to deliver high-impact insights that guide strategic decisions
- Monitor web performance data (traffic sources, conversion paths, engagement, bounce rates) and develop strategic narratives around user behavior
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across campaigns and digital touchpoints
- Own the development and refinement of marketing dashboards and executive reporting using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Translate complex analytics into compelling, stakeholder-ready insights tailored to brand, UX, content, and executive audiences
- Partner with brand and digital strategy leads to define KPIs, set benchmarks, and assess success against business objectives
- Drive post-campaign evaluation and support pre-launch strategy through data modeling and historical analysis
- Ensure high data quality through rigorous QA processes, validation routines, and accurate tagging/reporting frameworks
- Work closely with technical teams (data engineering, digital ops) to optimize marketing data infrastructure and streamline data pipelines
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing organization
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or marketing science roles
- Deep knowledge of marketing KPIs and web analytics methodologies, with expertise across all key channels
- Proven ability to distil complex datasets into business-oriented narratives and strategic recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in dashboarding and visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong working knowledge of UTM structures, conversion tracking, and tagging plans
- Experience querying and working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation is a plus
- Understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and performance data structures
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated industries is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Master's degree or certification in digital analytics or data strategy is a plus
