Join a multi-award-winning team at the forefront of precision engineering and medical device innovation.A recognised leader in high-tech, high-growth medical device manufacturing, partners with some of the largest multinational clients in the orthopaedic implant sector.Our client are expanding their advanced manufacturing facility and R&D, and are now seeking a Cost Accountant to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.This role is fully onsite and suited to Part-Qualified/ Qualified Accountants with Cost Accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities

Develop and report on KPIs to drive cost efficiency and operational improvements
Lead monthly operational reporting and variance analysis
Calculate standard product costs and prepare related journal entries
Conduct margin variance analysis and investigate significant variances
Act as finance lead on process improvement projects
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts
Support internal and external audit processes

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or currently pursuing qualification
2–3 years’ experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
