Type: Full-Time | PermanentWe’re seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of high-impact projects within the financial compliance and surveillance space. This role involves managing end-to-end technical change initiatives focused on modernizing workflows, introducing automation, and aligning systems with the organization’s strategic and regulatory goals. The ideal candidate will drive execution across multiple workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships, and embed lasting operational improvements.Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of complex technical initiatives from concept through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance needs.Drive enhancements in operational efficiency through automation, systems integration, and process redesign.Define and guide execution strategies that support business value realization, balancing risk, cost, and long-term capability.Serve as a bridge between business, technology, and control functions-ensuring clear communication, transparency, and timely resolution of risks or blockers.Lead technical workstreams as part of larger programs, ensuring time lines, quality, and risk appetites are met.Act as a change leader by supporting teams through transformation and introducing new methods to improve delivery effectiveness.Stay composed and productive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and uncertain variables.Requirements:Prior experience working in capital markets or financial services, with solid knowledge of trading platforms, compliance tools, or surveillance systems.Proven success in managing cross-functional technical projects and delivering enterprise-level change.Background in one or more of the following: Technology Delivery, IT Governance, Operations, Risk/Compliance, or Data Analytics.Skilled in navigating ambiguous problem spaces and providing structure through expert judgement and technical understanding.Strong ability to juggle multiple streams of work while communicating clearly across technical and non-technical teams.Advanced written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical detail into business-relevant insights.Strong organizational focus, with experience in managing dependencies, documenting outcomes, and ensuring traceability.Effective interpersonal skills including conflict management, stakeholder alignment, and influencing without authority.Practical experience using collaboration and tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence in project environments.
