As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll help lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-impact infrastructure and building projects that prioritise sustainability, value, and innovation.This is a chance to influence how we deliver commercial excellence - from mentoring junior colleagues and refining procurement strategies, to driving whole-life value and embedding behavioral best practice into day-to-day operations. - Deliver strategic procurement advice that drives value and ensures alignment with client objectives across diverse infrastructure and building projects.
- Lead the preparation of robust cost estimates and tender documentation, enabling informed decision-making and competitive pricing strategies.
- Manage contract administration and post-contract services, ensuring commercial control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as Project QS on small to medium-sized schemes, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Minimum eight years post-qualification experience.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and construction industry estimating software such as CostOS and CostX;
- Experienced in managing construction contracts (NEC, Public Works Contracts, FIDIC); and
- To be commercially astute with strong numerical skills, demonstrating an attention to detail
