Your role will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and nurturing client relationships. You'll need to be coachable, resilient, and comfortable making phone calls to succeed in this role.Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify leads through targeted prospecting efforts
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential clients and set appointments
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, appointments, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments set
Requirements:
  • Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
  • Resilient attitude with ability to overcome objections
