.We are seeking applications from committed and caring Healthcare assistants (Personal Assistants) who are interested in joining our IWA at Home team, Children's service, in the below locations in Co.Kildare;.Donadea, Co. Kildare.The position on offer is part-time permanent, 2x 20 hours.Overnights availability is required.What we Offer.*The current pay scale is subject to an 8% salary rate increase in 2024, aligning with the recent WRC interim agreement aimed at enhancing pay adjustments within Section 39 organizations..Salary range for this position is €14.23 - €15.82 per hour depending on experiencePremium rates paid for unsociable hoursBefore 8am and after 8pm - €17.78 p/hSunday - €21.34 p/hPublic Holidays - €28.46 p/hInter-client mileage paidSick pay schemeExcellent working conditionsOngoing Training & development opportunitiesVHI, HSF and PRSA schemes availableEmployee Assistance Programme.Overall Purpose of JobThe purpose of the role is to enable the Service User to achieve maximum independence in all aspects of daily living, by providing assistance in one or more of the following areas: personal care, domestic assistance, social and educational assistance, travel and companionship..Role takes place in the homes and communities of our Service Users..LiaisonThere are several key relationships, which should be fostered and developed for the successful implementation of this role. Liaise and coordinate with other identified Home carers as required and maintain close communication with the ALS Coordinator / Scheduling staff
