
Field Sales Executive - Access Systems

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and intake targets across the automatics and access control division.
- Maximise sales opportunities by identifying and targeting key market sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceutical, commercial, education, and government.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with architects, specifiers, M&E consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure our products are specified in major projects.
- Apply commercial acumen to provide effective, profitable solutions tailored to customers' needs, ensuring target margins are achieved or exceeded.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge to align with our value proposition: Masters of Detail, Endlessly Reliable, Trusted Partners.
- Stay informed on competitors' offerings to effectively position our client's competitive advantages.
- Professionally follow up on all estimated leads and CIS platform opportunities to secure a high yield of orders.
- Conduct weekly appointments and proactive business development across Leinster to maximise sales potential.
- Review relevant estimates and collaborate with the BDM to ensure consistency, profitability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the BDM to capitalise on all specification and sales opportunities.
- Maintain and grow your own portfolio of accounts and relationships to meet or exceed personal monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
- Cross-sell the full range of products and services within the company's portfolio.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to uncover and act on all sales opportunities within Leinster.
- Build strong working relationships with the Contracts Manager to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution, maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout.
- Minimum of 5 years' field-based sales experience, ideally within the automatics, access control, or related sectors.
- Existing relationships with contractors and architects, with a proven ability to leverage these networks to drive sales.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive, solutions-based environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Full, clean driving licence required.
