- Manage Currency Administration client relationships, ensuring that the team meets all of its daily deliverables and that all client inquiries are responded to or escalated.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the daily operational processes relating to all regional clients, through timely and accurate execution of daily deliverables and responding to client inquiries, to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Ensure appropriate coverage is always in place to meet daily deliverables.
- Educate and coach the team on processes, Product developments / enhancements, client relationship profiles.
- Ensure appropriate hand off to regional offices to ensure all client deliverables are met daily. Frequent global collaboration with all FX CA teams in the execution of our global client service model for FX CA.
- Participate in regular team meetings to receive and provide updates on local market development and assist in developing broader business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts in FX, Custody, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency
- BA or equivalent
- 5 + years’ relevant industry experience
- Thorough understanding of FX Markets.
- Experience with and knowledge of fund accounting principles.
- Proven ability to provide oversight within a team and meet operational goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and to respond effectively to client concerns
- Strong presentation skills and willingness to present in front of internal management and client management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – English mandatory, other languages a benefit.
