- Identify and develop new business opportunities within renewable energy and electrical contracting markets
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and commercial clients
- Create and execute sales strategies that support the company’s growth in renewable energy solutions
- Carry out site visits and participate in technical discussions alongside engineering and project teams
- Collaborate closely with estimating and delivery teams to ensure accurate tenders and smooth project transitions
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance market presence
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or engineering
- Strong new-business focus with the ability to develop and convert a sales pipeline
- Comfortable engaging with technical products and explaining complex solutions clearly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel.
