- Oversee and manage the preparation, review, and maintenance of country specific government and political data.
- Collaborating with regional partner managers to review their books, and provide recommendations based on the company policy and guidelines.
- Prepare manual lists based on desk research and workbooks of government and political data.
- Complete a QA process to review completeness and accuracy of completed workbooks.
- Leverage data & analytics skills to review data at scale.
- Upload data to CRM.
- Collaborating cross functionally to review and update data during elections, ad-hoc requests, and escalations.
- Support includes extracting, reviewing and preparing data to upload into the internal system from upstream data sets and manual lists.
- Ensuring our partner data and processes are compliant with company policies and enable equitable partner support in the government and elections space.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to test system updates, monitor and assess data pipeline signals, identify issues or anomalies, and ensure the technical execution aligns with the business vision & objectives.
- Analyze complex support flows, conduct root-cause analysis and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to drive efficiency & effectiveness and ensure essential team goals are met.
- Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.
- 5-10 years of experience in data operations, or other relevant space leading large scale global projects or programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to understand and simplify complex topics and explain to others in a way that is easy to digest.
- Experience analyzing and using data in solving and providing practical business insights, including reviewing and validating dashboards and reports, ensuring they accurately reflect key insights and metrics.
- Practical experience reading or querying SQL databases.
- Ability to use data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) to extract, manipulate, and interpret data for business insights and monitoring performance and integrity of data pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics or government.
- Knowledge of the government and elections space, including international politics, political parties, world leaders and national legislators.
- 2+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
- 2+ years with scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R).
- Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines.
