Job DescriptionSupervising Pharmacist - NewbridgeQR Select are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join a pharmacy in Newbridge. This is a full-time, permanent position within a well-established pharmacy that is part of a large chain. The role involves working 40 hours over 5 days, providing an excellent opportunity to lead a team and deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.As a Supervising Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community to foster customer loyalty.
Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately while adhering to all regulatory standards.
Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure the availability of essential medications.
Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborating with the pharmacy owners to ensure the store meets performance targets.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and supporting the team in delivering excellent patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification.
Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, team members, and stakeholders.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Supervising the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Dispensing medications and providing expert advice to patients on their prescriptions and health concerns.
Managing inventory levels and placing orders with suppliers as needed.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards.
Supporting and mentoring team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
