Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. Job Requirements: Assist customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering parts. Maintain accurate stock levels, inventory records, and parts documentation. Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims in a timely manner. Ensure parts department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards. Communicate effectively with the service department, sales department, and vendors. Meet individual and departmental sales targets. Qualifications: Previous automotive parts experience; luxury brand experience preferred. Strong knowledge of vehicle components and systems. Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds). Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills. Ability to perform basic math and manage inventory. Valid driver's license; ability to lift moderate weight.
