The Company:Join a leading Irish-based property development company as a site-based Safety Officer on new Development in Bray. In this project based role you will be reporting to the company Health & Safety Manager.The company is powered by people who work as one team who deliver projects that they are proud to put their name to. This is an award-winning organisation, well-known for their work on high-profile residential and commercial projects.Your role will involve:

Carrying out safety inspections and audits on site and seeking to improve the standard of health and safety
Carrying out site inductions and ensuring all personnel have the required H&S training
Identifying site specific hazards and ensuring they are addressed
Reviewing and updating the construction safety plans
Assisting site management to comply with statutory H&S requirements
The development and implementation of method statements and risk assessments (RAMS)
Carrying out accident and incident investigations
Identify training needs on site for personnel and the contractors

You will need:

A minimum of a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
3-5 years relevant Health and Safety experience, ideally gained with a Developer or Main Contractor
