- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ENR sector, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through quality of service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.
- Responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex projects/programmes.
- Accountable for defining, developing, interfacing, and delivering complex multi-package projects safely, while managing time, budget, quality, and key performance indicators to ensure successful completion.
- Take charge of executing the programme, successfully integrating multiple Contracts into a well-functioning, collaborative outcome.
- Manage, coach and inspire teams to ensure a high-quality of service delivery.
- Responsible for managing of commission development including framework negotiations, commission set up and financial control and reporting.
- Foster, sustain, and oversee strong relationships with internal key stakeholders, including government entities.
- Take ownership on commercial, and contractual matters, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement and legal departments.
- (MBA, Msc or equivalent) in Engineering discipline preferably with business or economic Specialisation.
- Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline.
- 15+ years experience in management consulting or a combination of consulting and industry experience in the energy and natural resources sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills at management and operational levels.
- Deep knowledge of ENR sector dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, sustainability initiatives and digital solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in business development and account management.
- Willingness to travel when required within Ireland.
