Design, develop, and maintain automated test and verification frameworks for large-scale software systems. Develop and optimize Python-based test automation used across CI/CD pipelines and device farms. As required, support and extend Jenkins infrastructure, including test orchestration, job configuration, plugin management, and performance tuning. Apply system design principles to evaluate scalability, reliability, and performance constraints in test and verification pipelines. Leverage LLM-based tools and integrations to improve developer and verification productivity, with demonstrated examples of practical impact. Monitor and troubleshoot test infrastructure and CI systems, ensuring high availability and rapid diagnosis of complex failures. Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to support growing test workloads and evolving verification requirements. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline. 7-10+ years of experience in Test Automation, Verification Engineering, or closely related roles. Solid domain expertise in test automation, verification , tooling, and infrastructure development. Demonstrated experience integrating or leveraging LLM-based tools to improve developer productivity and test efficiency. Proven experience designing and operating scalable test or CI/CD systems, with the ability to reason about system-level trade-offs and constraints. Hands-on experience with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and modern automation workflows. Strong debugging skills with the ability to clearly articulate past examples of diagnosing complex system, test, or infrastructure issues. Linux system skills and familiarity with tools such as Docker, Git, and networked storage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a cross-functional, multi-site team.
