- Organise and facilitate tenant and community engagement events to promote integration into the local community.
- Support tenants in developing participation skills through coaching and training initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to create and implement policies that enhance tenant satisfaction and embed participation throughout the organisation.
- Partner with service staff to ensure customer engagement is a core element of all organisational activities.
- Gather tenant feedback to inform and improve service delivery.
- Assist with the complaints process, including mediation and providing relevant information for resolution.
- Set improvement goals and address community needs through empowerment and active involvement.
- Build partnerships with external groups and agencies to develop strategies that benefit the local community.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure impact and outcomes.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
- A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a related field.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Commitment to the strategic objectives and values of Focus Ireland.
- Knowledge of the social housing sector (desirable).
