- Manage the day-to-day delivery of residential construction projects
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, design teams, utility providers, and subcontractors
- Oversee project budgets, progress reporting, and cost control
- Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme deadlines
- Manage project risk, site logistics, and quality assurance
- Coordinate and monitor ESB-related works, utility connections, and associated programme requirements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures
- Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to senior management
- Resolve issues efficiently to keep projects progressing smoothly
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Strong background in residential construction projects
- Experience with ESB works, utility coordination, or projects involving electrical infrastructure
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site operations
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and timelines
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- €90,000–€100,000 depending on experience
