About the JobThis role requires an experienced BIM professional with a strong track record in delivering BIM across complex MEP projects, ideally within data centre environments. A solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes is essential, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and common collaboration platforms like ACC.The position is focused on project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing BIM delivery across multiple projects, working closely with BIM Project Leads and external partners, including outsourced teams. While coordination and guidance are key aspects of the role, it does not involve direct line management responsibilities.Strong organisational skills are required to manage competing priorities, timelines, and resources across several active projects, ensuring alignment with project programmes and quality standards.
