- To prepare food and work within the kitchen team to ensure dishes are of the highest standards.
- Ensure that the kitchen is organised and that all kitchen areas are kept clean on a daily basis.
- Ensure HACCP and Health & Safety procedures are implemented and records are up to date on a daily basis.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity, and skill in the kitchen.
- Experience in working in a high volume busy environment.
- Must be able to work well on your own initiative and to work in a team environment.
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP.
- Weekend availability
