We’re currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants in North Dublin (Service areas include: Raheny, Kilbarrack, Artane, and Baldoyle) to join our growing and supportive team.Who You Are:
- Reliable, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference
- Currently completing QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
- Have completed or are pursuing Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules
- Hold a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to provide work and character references
- Willing to complete Garda Vetting (we cover the cost)
- Previous experience in home care, hospitals, residential, or clinical settings is a plus
- Provide personal, emotional, and practical care to clients in their homes
- Support with activities such as dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate daily care records
- Follow infection control and health & safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with care managers and supervisors
