Scientist to join their Pricing and Advanced Analytics division. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, developing predictive models and analytical tools that drive strategic, data-led decision-making.About the RoleReporting to the Lead Data Scientist, the successful candidate will take ownership of high-impact technical projects from design through to delivery, applying advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, mentor colleagues, and ensure solutions are both innovative and practical.Key Responsibilities

Lead technical projects with strategic impact, from initial design to deployment.
Develop, validate, and implement machine learning models and analytical tools, ensuring interpretability and business relevance.
Partner with business teams to deliver actionable insights and solutions.
Guide and mentor other data scientists within the team.
Manage multiple projects, communicating progress to stakeholders.
Analyse market trends to inform business strategy.

Candidate Profile

Master's/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computing, Mathematics, or related field; Bachelor's degree with strong applied experience also considered.
2+ years' experience in a data science role, with proven delivery of impactful projects.
Proficiency in Python, statistical modelling techniques, and MLOps practices.
Experience working with large datasets and enterprise-scale databases.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
