The School Food Company has been in operation since 2011 and provides healthy lunch options for both Primary and Secondary school students. Our menu is prepared fresh onsite every day. The ethos of the Company is about healty eating.We are currently recruiting for a catering Supervisor for Patrician Secondary School, Fethard, Co Tipperary.Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community. Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children. We do not offer set working days, flexibility in working days is essential. This position may not be suitable to people in part time education. The position is subject to Garda Vetting.The position of Catering Supervisor is approx 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shift time is approx 8.00am - 2.30pm. Half day Friday.The roles involve the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes. Service of small break, lunch and clean down. It is a very fast paced and busy working environment.Additional duties for the Supervisor include: rostering, placing orders with food service providers, reporting, daily cash lodgements to the post office etc.
