Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum experience at Sous Chef level or higher.
Strong culinary skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work in different kitchen settings.
A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for food.
