Title: General Cleaning Operative (Part-Time Permanent) - WeekendReports to: Area ManagerLocation: Coolock, Dublin 5Rate: €13.30 per hour + Sunday premium 33%Start date: Immediate / September 2025Hours: 18 hours per week (8:00am – 5:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays)(Extra hours may be available during weekday morning shifts)Contract type: PermanentKey Responsibilities
  • Maintain floor and other factory work areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as required.
  • Perform cleaning tasks involving frequent kneeling, squatting, stooping, and repetitive motions.
  • Work alongside the professional cleaning team following all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Safety guidelines.
  • Dispose of rubbish and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Report maintenance or repair needs to the line manager.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as instructed by the Area Manager.
Requirements
  • Competency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Previous cleaning or production floor experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically able to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, stooping, and repetitive motions.
