Salary: €35,490 – €38,532 DOEThe RoleAs a Social Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support in a small residential care setting, empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.Key Responsibilities· Delivering person-centred support that promotes independence, self-care, and life skills· Supporting community integration by accompanying residents to appointments, social and recreational activities, and family visits· Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, laundry, and household duties, while promoting dignity and self-agency· Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan, record, review, and monitor care plans and individual outcomes· Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and documentation standards· Upholding HIQA regulations and standards, best practice guidelines, health and safety, and safeguarding policies· Creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all residents· Working in a small residential centre supporting a maximum of four residents, ensuring high-quality, individualised careWho Will Thrive in This Role
