Prepare an agenda according to client specifications and best practices for predictive interview results
Review the candidate’s resume in advance of the technical discussion to validate the accomplishments claimed
Follow independent contractor’s guidelines pertaining to avoiding legal landmines and maintaining candidate morale during interactive video technical interviews.
Assess the candidate’s technical competencies and depth of experience through structured questions and quantify using standardized rubrics
Write reports for clients that detail the technical strengths and weaknesses of the candidates.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 7 years experience, ideally within a Sr Desktop support engineer
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have working knowledge of Helpdesksupport, Network, microsoft office365, Activedirectory and microsoftIntune
Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Teams
Experience with Help Desk support tools like ZenDesk or ServiceNow
Experience creating and leveraging knowledge base documentation
Self-driven with highly organized time management skills
Basic networking comprehension
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, InTune, Configuration Manager, Smart Deploy, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
Experience configuring and maintaining AV equipment
