Our menu is prepared fresh onsite every day.We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor for St. Anne's Community College, Kilalloe.This position will commence the end of August and operates around the Secondary school calendar.Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community. Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children. We do not offer set working days, flexibility in working days is essential. This position may not be suitable to people in part time education. The position is subject to Garda Vetting.The position of Catering Supervisor is approx 27 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Shift time approx 8.15am-2.15pm. Half day Friday approx 12pm finish.The position of part time Catering Assistant is approx 9-15 hours per week, on a 2 day/3 day rotation.Shift time approx 9.15am-2.15pm. Half day Friday approx 12pm finish.The roles involve the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes. Service of small break and lunch and clean down.The Supervisor is also responsible for placing orders with the food service providers, daily lodgement to the post office rostering, reporting, staff management and ensuring company and food safety policies are complied with.Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage.
