Full Time OnlyWe are recruiting for the role of Full Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our bar and restaurant team in the Metropole Hotel on Corks MacCurtain Street. If you love working in a guest facing role, engaging with our guests, do your best work as part of a tight knit team, and relish the challenge of a buzzing environment then this role is for you.The main duties will include:
  • Serving food & beverages to guests in the bar either table service or bar service
  • Making time to engage with and chat to guests, giving advice on local attractions, facilities in the hotel.
  • Helping other team members, working as part of a team for set up, service and close of service
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure the guest dining experience meets their expectations
  • Opening the bar and restaurant for the days business and making sure it is stocked appropriately
  • Cleaning of bar and coffee areas
The ideal candidate:· Previous experience is welcomed· Warm, positive personality with genuine interest in guest care· Team player and also willing to use own initiative when neededBenefits:
