Description:SAP Finance Transformation ManagerLocation: Dublin City CentreHybrid: 4 days on-sitePackage: Competitive salary with a strong overall benefits package including a generous pension contribution, private health insurance and an attractive annual leave allowance.Our client, a global insurance organisation, is currently undergoing a major finance transformation programme and is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Transformation Manager to join their Dublin team.This role will play a key part in supporting a newly implemented global SAP finance platform, working across Finance and Technology teams to drive continuous improvement, optimise finance processes and enhance automation across global operations.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly visible transformation programme with strong exposure to international stakeholders.Your Role
  • Partner with global finance stakeholders to improve finance processes and support ongoing transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with Finance and Technology teams to translate business requirements into system solutions and enhancements.
  • Drive projects focused on process improvement, automation and operational efficiency across finance operations.
  • Support the continued evolution of the organisation’s SAP finance systems environment following a large-scale implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of reporting and analytics capabilities to support improved financial insight and decision making.
  • Assist with the integration of finance systems with wider operational platforms across the business.
  • Ensure appropriate controls and governance frameworks are maintained across finance processes and systems.
Your Skills
  • Approximately 8+ years’ experience working with SAP finance systems.
  • Qualified accountant with strong finance process knowledge.
  • Experience supporting finance transformation programmes, SAP implementations or finance systems projects.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations within the insurance sector.
  • Experience working between Finance and Technology teams, translating business requirements into system solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive system or process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
