- End-to-End Sales: Own the complete sales process from first contact to closing new business.
- Pipeline Strategy: Build and maintain a robust pipeline with a long-term growth mindset.
- Client Engagement: Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers in ecommerce, D2C, and retail.
- Team Collaboration: Share insights, support colleagues, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Mentorship & Development: Help onboard and support new team members as you grow.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); Polish is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years carrying a net-new revenue quota in B2B SaaS or Martech.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging with C-level and marketing personas.
- Sales Execution: Skilled in managing high-volume pipelines, forecasting accurately, and closing consistently.
- Growth Mindset: Resilient, motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
- Team-Oriented: Thoughtful, proactive, and a strong communicator.
- Work Authorisation: Full right to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permit required).
- Compensation: €65,000 base + commission (OTE €130,000)
