• Provide a warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests during night hours
• Act as the main point of contact for guest queries, requests, and assistance overnight
• Support late arrivals and early departures, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Carry out regular checks of the resort to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
• Assist with guest transport where required (e.g. staff/guest shuttles)
• Handle phone calls, guest requests, and administrative duties efficiently
• Maintain accurate logs and handover reports for the day team
• Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent service standards
• Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or guest needs that may arise

• Fluent English
• Full driver’s licence
• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and manner
• Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
