- To prepare and produce food for the area, which you are assigned, and to the standards set by the Head Pastry Chef.
- To ensure consistency of product at all times.
- To adhere to the 7 principles of the HACCP in all-cleaning storage, preparation and working of food.
- To always work in a friendly and professional manner.
- To always work as part of an overall team.
- To be responsible for the supervision of Junior Chef de partie and commis chefs.
