- Manage food costs, GP, stock control and ordering
- Maintain strong kitchen systems, structure and standards
- Recruit, train and develop a dependable brigade
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
- Work closely with front of house to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Background in hotel kitchens or high-quality restaurant environments
- Comfortable managing volume while maintaining consistency
- Strong understanding of cost control and kitchen performance
- A steady, hands-on leader who builds and retains teams
