Assist elderly individuals with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support mobility and daily living activities, ensuring safety and comfort
Monitor and document changes in the health and well-being of residents
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Help maintain a clean and organized living environment
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to implement care plans and ensure quality service
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills
Requirements:
Prior experience in elderly care or healthcare assistance is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
Ability to work well in a team and follow care plans effectively.
Willingness to relocate to Ireland and embrace the local culture.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in elderly care are advantageous.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
