Hours: 35-hour working week
Annual Leave: 20 days increasing to 25 days with service, plus additional designated leave days.
- Excellent work-life balance with a 35-hour week and flexible working hours (core hours 10am-4pm)
- Hybrid working model (post-probation): 3 days office / 2 days remote, with one designated in-office team day weekly

- Opportunity to work on impactful sustainability and decarbonisation projects
- Coordinating and delivering energy efficiency and sustainability projects
- Analysing energy consumption data and identifying reduction opportunities
- Monitoring and evaluating building energy performance and recommending improvements
- Supporting carbon reduction and environmental sustainability initiatives
- Assisting with funding and grant applications, including those from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors
- Managing mechanical and electrical services projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Supporting energy audits and implementing recommended improvements
- Providing technical advice on energy efficiency and environmental performance
- Acting as a key point of contact for sustainability-related initiatives
- Degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainability, or a related discipline
- Experience in energy management, sustainability, or building services engineering
- Experience analysing energy consumption data and identifying efficiency improvements
- Strong project coordination or project management capabilities
- Knowledge of energy efficiency standards, regulations, and sustainability best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on sustainability or decarbonisation initiatives
- Familiarity with energy grant applications and funding processes
- Experience managing mechanical and electrical building services projects
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of energy auditing, environmental reporting, or compliance frameworks
- Experience working across multiple sites or property portfolios
