- Serve as the first point of contact at reception, managing customer footfall and phone enquiries with professionalism.
- Support all vehicle administration activities including purchase processing, sales, taxing, and registration.
- Maintain organisation and accuracy in a busy office and garage environment.
- Manage administrative tasks using dealer/business management systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, handling queries and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Proven experience in vehicle administration, covering purchases, sales, taxing, and registration.
- Experience with dealer or business management systems ( Keyloop experience is essential).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
