- Act as the local expert for system implementations and the digitalisation of procurement through our suite of e-Business solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to grow sales within existing system-based accounts to achieve set targets.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and business development activities, promoting Würth’s systems and e-Business solutions.
- Design, configure and physically install bespoke systems tailored to individual customer needs.
- Maintain and update customer data accurately through regular audits and system check-ins.
- Champion digitalisation within your region—constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance customers’ consumable parts (C parts) procurement processes.
- Present at conferences, team meetings, and monthly management updates to share progress and insights.
- Stay informed on industry standards, trends and technologies through participation in webinars, trade shows and relevant events.
- Perform additional duties as required in line with the role.
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally with exposure to technical or solution-based selling.
- Proven ability to guide customers through the transition from manual processes to digital solutions.
- Confident in generating leads, securing meetings, and influencing stakeholders to adopt digital procurement solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a strong customer service focus.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
