- Full, clean Category C and CE driving licence with valid CPC.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics; previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across a 7-day schedule, with overtime during peak times.
- A proactive and safety-conscious attitude.
- Assess roadside breakdown situations and coordinate appropriate recovery solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained to high standards.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team using company systems.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and promptly.
- Support junior staff or new team members through informal mentoring or on-the-job guidance
- Attend regular training sessions to stay up to date with industry standards and equipment.
