- Support the design and execution of commercial strategies, sales models, and market segmentation
- Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive decision-making
- Manage quota-setting, sales incentive programs, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with global teams to align processes and share best practices
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects and change initiatives
- 5–7 years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, business strategy, FP&A, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams
- A proactive, strategic mindset with strong project management skills
