- Collaborate with senior team members on fundraising, structuring, and servicing funds.
- Provide investor support and lead due diligence processes.
- Create and manage marketing materials, client updates, and new business proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, relationship managers, and compliance professionals, to deliver high-quality strategy and insights.
- 5-7 years' experience in corporate finance, transaction services, deals, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of private markets, particularly sub-investment.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- ACA qualified coming from a Big 4 or large advisory firm.
