We advise more than 10,000 private clients in relation to wealth management.A key component within Unio, the Wealth Management division oversees all client engagement including delivery of a unique outcome based proposition to existing and prospective clients. This is delivered through the wealth management advisory team and supported by the client service function. The Wealth management team develop insightful thought leadership content and will lead and refine the capability of the wealth management advisory team.In addition, this Division will develop a deep understanding of what drives client values, opportunities for growth, emerging disruptions, and value based pricing and proposition activities.Role:We are looking to recruit a Senior Life Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team and be part of a business at the leading edge of Wealth Management in Ireland.This role can be based in our Dublin or Cork office and will be a hybrid working arrangement.Key Responsibilities:Processing new business, communicating, and interacting with product producers (generally major insurance companies) to ensure prompt processing of applications. This applies to pre & post retirement pension structures, protection benefits & investment portfoliosCommunicating with clients regarding their portfolios and new applications in an effective and timely mannerWorking with and supporting advisers in meeting regulatory compliance requirementsClient portfolio end-to end administrationAnnual portfolio reviews and valuationsSkills and Qualifications:A minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker is essentialQFA qualified or progressing towards this qualification is essentialBA (Hons) Degree within a Business or Finance related discipline desiredWorking knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and associated Compliance requirements desiredAbility to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with a focus on numerical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage own workload while prioritising effectivelyMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Intermediate)Personal Qualities:Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and flexibilityNumeracy and excellent organisation skills are essential for this positionSuccessful candidates are likely to be confident multi-taskers with a good work ethic and a keen focus on attention to detail and qualityWhat We Can Offer You?*:Flexible working from home optionsInvestment in your professional development (e.g. professional qualifications relevant to your role)Pension contributionIncome protectionLife coverEmployee Assistance ProgrammeActive Sports & Social Club*Some may apply after successful completion of probation period.Application Process:If you think you are a good fit for this role, then we invite you to apply.The Company reserves the right to draw up a shortlist as part of the selection process.
