We are currently recruiting Homecare Assistant Team Leads to work full time covering Drogheda and surrounding areas

Main responsibilities include:

Providing initial care to clients to assist in implementing their new home care package.
Taking on cover calls for other carers’ sick/annual leave in a rapid response capacity.
Shadow and mentor new Homecare Assistants
Assist with the administration of client files in their homes
Collecting/dropping PPE
Taking on cover calls for other carers’ sick/annual leave in a rapid response capacity.
Other duties as needed by the company based on relevant business needs at that time
