- Support the rollout and monitoring of HSE policies across multiple sites
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Assist with RAMS, permits-to-work, and safety documentation
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and training
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reports
- Work closely with site teams, project managers, and external stakeholders
- Drive a strong, proactive safety culture across projects
- Relevant H&S qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred)
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role (construction, engineering, industrial)
- Strong knowledge of Irish/EU health & safety legislation
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence on-site teams
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Flexible to travel across sites
