Brilliant opportunity to join an indigenous Irish organisation globally recognised as a leader in their industry as Finance Manager.Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the role of Finance Manager will lead play a leadership role with responsibility for overseeing transactional finance, while driving strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Present high-impact financial insights and reporting to senior leadership, utilising Power BI for advanced data visualization and performance tracking.
Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
Lead and manage the transactional finance team
Ensure high level of control and compliance
Liaise with external tax advisors Ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Analyse revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability to help drive decision-making
Business partner across multiple departments to support business cases, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across finance operations, including integration of Power BI and optimization of workflows.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE
Minimum 2 years of team management experience
Knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query), MS Excel, and financial modelling.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
