
Administrative Assistant (Data Entry/Applications – Part time- Hybrid/ Remote 5 days Per Week)

- Assist the Project Manager with preparing and submitting submissions.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and lodged within required deadlines.
- Maintain and organise submission records, project files, and related documentation.
- Track submission deadlines, statuses, and required follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather required information.
- Draft correspondence, weekly reports
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Project Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling submissions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Experience with submission processes, compliance, or project coordination.
