Cork +353 21 4355432 +353 86 072 7776 dbuckley@careerwise.ieA Quality / Standards/ EHS compliance coordinator is required to join our North Cork based client – a marker leader in the provision of electro - mechanical services and solutions to the industrial and utilities sector.THE ROLE:

Conduct regular reviews/audits to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
Record and Address Corrective Actions and Corrective Forms across the Quality, Environmental and Operational areas.
Participate in internal and external audits: ISO 9001 (Quality Management)/ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)/ ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) etc
Maintain and further develop record keeping in compliance with IECEx standards.
Deliver toolbox talks and awareness sessions in conjunction with EHSQ and Standards team.
Draft and Implement documentation and procedures / processes as required necessary.
Record and Maintain details of waste management, water analysis, environmental controls, storage facilities, etc.
Develop and Implement Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Provide day to day support to the EHS function assisting in ensuring high levels of workplace safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
Qualification in LEAN Six Sigma green belt or higher is preferable.
Experience with certifications, compliance standards, and regulated industry requirements is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with strong record keeping abilities is essential.
