Adding to our success, we are actively seeking to hire an experienced full time Electrical Sales Manager for our store in Brown Thomas Cork.KNOW THE ROLE:
  • Manage Electrical Department & Sales Team
  • Respond to sales enquiries either by phone or direct with customers, provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and margin
  • Offer alternative products, promote cross-brand sales
  • Understand customer’s expectations and needs
  • Monitor customer orders and deliveries
  • Delivering a fantastic customer service experience to every customer
  • Replenishing stock quickly and keeping the store immaculate and well merchandised
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in electrical products & staying up to date on new technology
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management
